Recovery Support Services of the 3rd Judicial District (3JDRS) raises funds to support housing, medical/ dental, unmet employment needs (clothes and tools), and transportation in support with the Drug Recovery Court and Recovery Services Program. We call upon the local community, including treatment providers, law enforcement, governmental agencies, and faith-based groups, to come together in support of this effort. Together, we hope to reduce crime, provide a safer community, and ensure that every individual can and will contribute to our society in a meaningful way.
3JDRS is a 501(c)(3) Organization that raises funds through a variety of community outreach programs and grants that gain community support for recovery and rehabilitation.

Beth Boniface is a Circuit Court Judge for the 3rd Circuit Court of Tennessee, covering Greene, Hamblen, Hancock, and Hawkins counties. She has been a CircuitCourt Judge since April 2015 when she was appointed by Gov. Haslam to the ThirdJudicial District Circuit Court and was elected in 2015 and re-elected in 2021. Judge Boniface also presides over the Third Judicial District Recovery Court.
Judge Boniface earned her undergraduate degree from University of Mary Washington, in Fredericksburg, Virginia and J.D. from University of Richmond Law School. She was accepted to practice law in Virginia, Ohio and Tennessee. Judge Boniface practiced law in Tennessee from 2004 until taking the bench in April 2015. She also served as the Magistrate for Hamblen County Juvenile Court from 2010 – 2014.
